Restore

Restoration work is a discipline we take great pride in. To truly restore a piece of furniture requires an in-depth understanding of how the item was made in the first place and the ability to replicate those techniques so that a true restoration job can be completed successfully.

French polishing is something of a speciality of ours and we only ever use traditional materials, our own blended polishes from pure lac flakes mixed with a wealth of experience.

We are happy restoring items from any historical period and will do all we can to bring your antique back to its former glory, there are times, sadly, when an item is simply beyond restoring and we will advise of this when we first appraise the item

Happily, very little is ever beyond repair and we look forward to working with you to make your treasures shine once more!
